Summary: purpose 2008-12-16
Comment: I needed something for one area rug in a small apartment and two futons. Serves the purpose for the one rug. Kinda lame on the futons. It is cumbersome.
I can't see it being good for anything else, but it serves its purpose.

Summary: Disappointed 2008-10-17
Comment: I previously had a cordless vac which I loved. However, it disintegrated after 1 1/2 years and I had to throw it away. This one does not come close to picking up my floor dust and crumbs as well as the other one. I do like the fact that it doesn't have the large charger dock as my other one, but that doesn't make up for the lack of efficiency.

Summary: Great for hardwood floors 2008-09-11
Comment: This has to be the best investment I have made. We have hardwood floors and tile throughout our house, with the exception of the bedrooms. This machine reaches under our couches, gets all those little dust bunnies etc. I use it almost everyday. It works well on our carpets also, not as deeply as a vacuum, but works for a quick once over. I have not run into any problem yet and we have had it for almost a year. I love it and recommend it to all!

Summary: Powered sweep roller w/built-in dustpan 2008-09-09
Comment: For a motorized sweeping brush to hopefully fill the built-in dust pan, it works okay if that is what you want. Even though the stats indicate it's a three brush, it is, but the two on the side are only operated by moving the sweeper so the wheels turn. For the price and having to pay perfect attention to battery charging -- so they don't get burned up from overcharging -- consider your purchase wisely and don't expect more than that from a simple broom and dustpan.

Summary: It's A Sweeper Not A Vacuum 2008-08-29
Comment: I researched sweepers for a week before I bought the Bissell Sweeper. It is the one that doesn't pick up nuts and bolts. Since I don't usually have such items on my floor, it appeared to be the best choice. It is a sweeper not a vacuum and as such picks up what a sweeper should pick up, dust, small pieces of dirt the dogs bring in, and their hair which they generously leave behind. My only issue is that the small edge brushes stopped working so I'm not able to pick up dirt close to a wall. Easily overcome by running a broom around the walls before I use the sweeper. It keeps a good charge for a decent length of time. I would buy this product again.
