Summary: Great vacuum! 2007-05-27
Comment: Works awesome on my hardwood, and almost as good on my area rug with its constant supply of dog hair and crumbs. Stays charged for a long time, but is a little tricky to empty the cup. Doesn't collect the dog hair as well as my Electrolux Oxygen with its main head on my area rug, but does a decent job for quick clean ups.

Summary: Black & Decker Cordless Vac 2007-02-20
Comment: I now own 3 of the Black & Decker Cordless Vacs, and my whole family loves them. They are extremely light, easy to carry, and do a great job on carpet as well as hardwood floors. The battery charge is long lasting and will do a whole house on one charge. The CFV1200 is being used by us now almost exclusively over our regular expensive vacuum. I highly endorse this product.

Summary: Powerful and handy 2007-01-16
Comment: In my home I have three large dogs that constantly shed and the flooring is mostly laminate. This product is so handy. I either use it as a stick vac with the brushes running (for the best pick up) or detach the dust buster for use in specific areas. It's great not having to deal with a cord, and it's more powerful than most cordless vacs. I will use it for a quick touch up of some scatter rugs and Persian carpets, but for deep cleaning I'll use a regular, plug in vacuum. I can use it for my whole house without running out of power. I like it so much that I have one in my home and another at my vacation home.

Comment: We bought this at an outlet store so it was "used, but fixed". The price was awesome too. We had been looking for a while and the wait was worth it. The battery life is great and it picks up everything we want it to (cherrios, hot dog pieces, cereal, crumbs, pet hair...). We have two young boys and 3 cats. This vac picks up all of their messes (obviously, it will not pick up anything wet, but why would you want to put wet stuff in a dry vac anyway...) It is so nice to not have to bend over to clean up the kitchen floor. Works well on carpet too. Good product so far:-)

Comment: I loved this product when I first got it, then 3 months later it would no longer take a charge. Ther's nothing I can do about it that would not cost more than the price I paid at their ebay store. GOOD LUCK. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
