Comment: I have 2 of this that doesn't work because with 3 month of use the plastic part wears out and tends to stuck with the metal wand. Rainbow have a new model because of this (R13362 FLOOR TOOL ASSEMBLY 11 INCH W/SWIVEL).

Comment: ordered 1 brush but seller sent 2 in separate packages. Received the 1st one and called seller to ask them to credit my account for 2nd one. They claimed they'd credit my account when I sent it back. I refused shipment so it should be back to them and over 3 weeks later they have yet to credit my account for 2nd brush.
