Comment: The rollers are great, everything they said. But the suction power is minimal and does not work on my tile floor. I wanted something to replace my broom, wrong. And don't get hooked into buy 2, I'll sell you mine second one which was double the wasted money.

Comment: Handle broke within first few days, very flimsy...........but I contacted the seller and they were very quick and responsive to send out a replacement

Comment: I bought the Swivel Sweeper for one major purpose. I feed the birds on a small terrace outside my home office door and always (I mean, always!) drop seed and bits of bread on the carpet inside the door. The Swivel Sweeper swoops around (just like the birds swoop around the feeders) and easily picks up every crumb. It absolutely does everything the TV informercial promised. Who could ask for anything more!

Comment: After receiveing this swivel sweeper as a christmas gift, it worked fine for about 2 weeks, then stopped working. I tried to contact Amaazon who then told me to contact "Before the Stores." Before the stores and Amazon only have a 30 day warrenty policy, so they would not help me return the item. They directed me to "Swivel Sweeper." SS said that because I did not purchase this item from them, they would not warrent the product. So now I'm left with nothing. I can't beleive Amazon has such terrible customer service and return policy.

Comment: The product is great. This is my second purchase of the Swivel Sweeper. They are wonderful for getting up scattered grains of cat litter, crumbs, grit, and walked in sand or dirt. I find them very helpful and so easy to use. Double pluses to them for being so light weight. I can vacuum the stairs easily and i use them to sweep the back area of my station wagon.
